Who is GymRoll for?

Anyone who runs memberships: a single personal trainer, a yoga or dance studio, a boxing club or a multi-hundred-member gym. If people pay you on a schedule, GymRoll keeps track.

What is the founding offer?

In India, the first 100 gyms to join get a whole year of GymRoll free, with unlimited members and every feature. After that you pick any plan at its normal price. Ask us for a founding code and enter it when you set up your gym.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Try GymRoll free for 14 days with no card. Your members and data stay yours when the trial ends.

Is there a limit on members?

No. Both paid plans have unlimited members.

Do my members need to install anything?

No. GymRoll is for you and your staff. Members get messages on WhatsApp or SMS and, if you use QR attendance, a code to show at the desk.

How do payments work?

Members pay you directly, by UPI, cash or bank transfer, the same way they do today. You tap Renew membership once the money is in and GymRoll tracks due dates. We never touch your members’ money.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Where is my data kept?

Securely in the cloud, tied to your login, and visible only to you. You can delete your account and all data from the app at any time.
