Using GymRoll

GymRoll helps gym owners manage members, keep track of membership payments and send reminders. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and have the authority to run the gym you set up.

Founding offer: the first 100 gyms that apply a founding code get 12 months free. After that they choose any plan at its normal price. Other gyms start with the standard free trial.

If you add staff, you decide what role they have and you are responsible for what they do in your gym’s account. Remove their access when they leave.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your gym, members and payment records.

Your members’ information

You decide which member details to add. Only add information you have the right to store, and tell your members you keep it for managing their membership.

Send reminders only to members who expect to hear from you. GymRoll opens WhatsApp or Messages on your own phone, one member at a time, and you choose whether to send.

Payments

Members pay you directly, in cash or through their own payment app. GymRoll does not take, receive, hold or process any payments, is not a party to them, and never sees your UPI ID or bank details. You mark a payment as received yourself.

GymRoll records what you tell it was paid. You are responsible for checking that money has actually arrived in your account.

GymRoll Pro subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Plans renew automatically only if you turn on AutoPay, and you can cancel renewal at any time.

Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Taxes such as GST may apply.

What you must not do

Do not use GymRoll for anything unlawful, to send spam or abusive messages, to collect payments for things other than your gym, or to try to break or overload the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GymRoll running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update the app and these terms; if the changes matter we will tell you in the app.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or missed payments, arising from using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts of Hyderabad.
